Terms of Service – Money bro
1 Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Money bro platform (“Platform”), operated by JMJ Fintech Limited (“Company”), a Reserve Bank of India (RBI)-registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2 Nature of Platform
Money bro is a digital platform that facilitates loan application, processing, and servicing.
All loans are:
- Sanctioned
- Disbursed
- Managed
- Exclusively by JMJ Fintech Limited.
The Platform does not act as a separate lending entity.
3 Eligibility
You must:
- Be legally competent to contract
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Not impersonate any person
The Company reserves the right to reject applications at its discretion.
4 Loan Application and Approval
- Submission of application does not guarantee approval
- Loan sanction is based on:
- Creditworthiness
- Risk assessment
- Internal policies
All loan terms will be disclosed prior to acceptance.
5 Key Fact Statement (KFS)
Before execution of any loan:
- You will be provided a Key Fact Statement (KFS)
- It will include:
- Interest rate
- Fees and charges
- APR
- Repayment schedule
You must review and accept the KFS before proceeding.
6 Digital Execution
- Loan agreements may be executed electronically
- E-sign / OTP-based acceptance is legally valid
- Such execution shall be binding under applicable laws
7 Disbursement
- Loan amounts are credited directly to your bank account
- No intermediary accounts are used
8 Repayment Obligations
You agree to:
- Repay loan as per agreed schedule
- Pay applicable interest, charges, and penalties
- Maintain sufficient balance for auto-debit (if applicable)
Delay or default may:
- Attract penal charges
- Impact credit score
- Lead to recovery proceedings
9 Cooling-Off Period
You may exit the loan during the cooling-off period (if applicable) by:
- Repaying the principal and proportionate charges
- As specified in the KFS
10 User Responsibilities
You shall:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Not misuse the Platform
- Not engage in fraudulent activities
11 Data Privacy
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We:
- Collect data with your consent
- Use data only for stated purposes
- Do not access intrusive data (contacts, SMS, etc.) without consent
12 Third-Party Services
We may use third-party service providers for:
- KYC verification
- Credit checks
- Payment processing
Such parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.
13 Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Technical disruptions
- Delays beyond reasonable control
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Services not expressly agreed to be provided;
- Loss due to unauthorized access arising from failure to safeguard credentials.
14 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Company against:
- Misrepresentation
- Fraudulent activity
- Breach of Terms

16 Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access:
- For breach of Terms
- For regulatory reasons
- For risk management
17 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
18 Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or as agreed between the parties.
19 Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
